This book is more important than any piece of gear you could buy. There are forces that stop you from creating like fear of criticism, procrastination, and doubt, this book tells you how to overcome them. Recommended by many success creative professionals.

An absolute game changer for anybody who performs music. Learn to quiet the chatter of your mind and achieve a higher plane of focus. Perform beyond what you thought was possible. I can’t recommend this book enough.

Shure SM7B

A mic that sounds good on everything (especially vocals) and is worth keeping forever. Being a dynamic mic the SM7B will also works great in spaces with less than ideal acoustics.

Universal Audio Apollo

Universal Audio makes some of the best plugins for mixing but require their own hardware to run. Their interfaces sound great and give access to some of the best plugins ever made along with additional DSP, taking a load off your computer. 2 birds, 1 stone.

Adam A7x

In my opinion, the greatest value for the money when it comes to near-field monitors. Adams recently released a more budget line of monitors too that I bet are worth it.

Monitor Isolators Pads

Monitors placed directly on a desk will vibrate the desk, especially lower frequencies, skewing the sound and you won’t be able to mix accurately. Isolation pads are a good solution to the problem. These pads have layers of rubber, steel, and foam for better isolation.
